Reinstate a CDL
Applicants whose driving privilege has been suspended, denied, or revoked for multiple reasons will be required to pay a separate reinstatement fee for each department action that requires payment of a reinstatement fee.

If a new driver license is required, or the driver license needs to be renewed, schedule a reinstatement appointment for your visit.
