Once suspended for an ORS action, the driver may be eligible for a 90-day temporary limited driving permit as long as there are no other actions or pending actions and the driver had a valid privilege, to begin with. The temporary limited driving permit will only allow the driver to operate for employment, education, or child visitation. There will not be a hearing held prior to issuing this temporary limited permit, as there will be the standard language used on the permit to identify the restrictions.
The driver must pay all applicable reinstatement fees prior to the issuance of the limited license.
