Utah ID Card Without Appearing
The Driver License Division will issue a one-time free identification card through the mail when the driver no longer qualifies for a driver license for failure to meet the requirement in UCA 53-3-304 or makes a personal decision to permanently discontinue driving and voluntarily surrender the license.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Regular Utah driver license with current identity information and a photo taken in the last eight (8) years.
- The license is not suspended or revoked.
