You have 30 days within moving to apply for a new driver license with your new address. Apply below.

To change your address on your CDL you must appear in person at the Driver License Division.
Update Online
CDL license holders are not eligible to update your address online.
Federal law requires you to update your address with the Driver License Division within 30 days of moving. You must complete a new license application and schedule a CDL appointment to appear in person to update your address on your driver license. You will need to bring two documents providing proof of your Utah address. Visit our Required Documents page for what is acceptable proof.
