• Utah law requires that you update your address with the Driver License Division within 10 days of moving.
• You are only required to update your address online and not required to obtain a new limited-term identification card.
• If you would like to have the new address printed on your limited-term ID card, apply below.
• If you update the address online before you schedule your appointment, you won't be required to provide proof of address at your appointment.

Note: Changing your address with the U.S. Postal Service does not update your driver license record.  You must update your address with the Driver License Division.
