If you are interested in becoming an approved vendor to process digital fingerprints for the Utah driving privilege card (DPC) applicants, email your interest to [email protected]. Information will be sent to you, including a memorandum of understanding (MOU).
Requirements to become an approved vendor:
- Requires the use of digital fingerprint technology that will be submitted directly to the Bureau of Criminal Identification’s (BCI) database.
- Agrees to verify the identity of the individual by visually inspecting a government-issued photo identification as described in UCA 53-3-205.5(1)(c)(iv).
- Agrees to certify on the fingerprint confirmation form that the individual fingerprinted and the individual photographed are the same person.
- Agrees to place the photograph and fingerprint confirmation form inside an approved envelope and seal the envelope.
