Where’s My License / ID Card
Have you recently applied for a new Utah driver license or Utah identification card? Processing and mailing can take 4-6 weeks. If it has been more than 4 weeks since you completed your application, click here to see the production status of your driver license or ID card.
Often times, your driver license or identification card has been returned to our main office because the post office was unable to deliver to the address on file. You can schedule an appointment to pick up your license/ID card from our West Valley Office. If you do not live in the Salt Lake area, you can call our Customer Service at 801.965.4437 or toll-free at 888.353.4224, and they can send your license/ID card to one of our other offices that would be more convenient for you.
