Non-Domiciled CDL
Replacement
As of January 20, 2026, and in conjunction with FMCSA's annual review of Utah's CDL Program, Utah is pausing the issuance of non-domiciled CDLs until further notice.
Replacement Non-Domiciled

If Utah Non-Domiciled CDL expires in the next six months, visit our Renewal page. If your license does not expire within the next six months, the expiration date will remain the same as your current license.
