SR22 Portal

The Utah Driver License Division is announcing a new SR22 portal for insurance industry professionals/companies to allow for the submission of the SR22 certificates and SR26 cancellation notifications in real-time and eliminate the need to email, fax or mail a copy of the information.

The portal will:

• Provide a secure avenue for submission of the SR22 certificates and the submission of the SR26 cancellation notifications.
• Provide a streamlined customer experience for drivers to have the SR22 certifications submitted to their record upon submission.
• Allow division staff to quickly search submitted forms and correct possible errors.

The division is committed to:

• Making the portal work for the insurance industry professionals.
• Provide a secure service for data to be submitted quickly and efficiently.
