Foreign Driver License Reciprocity
If you are in a foreign jurisdiction and interested in negotiating and entering into a reciprocity agreement with the Utah Driver License Division, email the request to dpsdlreciprocity@utah.gov.
This request will need to include the following:
- A formal request of interest regarding license reciprocity with the Utah Driver License Division.
- The letter must be signed by an authorized agent.
- Contact information for the authorized agent.
Upon receipt of the request for reciprocity, an acknowledgment letter will be sent to the requesting party. The response will include contact information for the official authorized to make and enter into a reciprocity agreement and a request for the foreign jurisdiction’s program information for review by the Utah Driver License Division.

- Taiwan
