MVR in Person

Process for obtaining your MVR in person:

  1. Schedule an MVR appointment for your visit.
  2. Fill out form DLD60 for a regular or CDL driving record and bring it with you to your appointment.
  3. Submit a nonrefundable fee of $8.00 at the time of your appointment.

Certified MVR may only be requested by mail.

To obtain a driving record for someone other than yourself in person, you must qualify under the permissible uses outlined in DPPA.
