FAQs
How long can an appeal take?
While most appeals have a recommendation back to the division within a week, an appeal can take anywhere from one week to one month to have a response back.
Do the doctors meet requested appeals in person?
Once the requested documentation has been received, information will be forwarded to the MAB panel for review. If the panel cannot agree on a recommendation, the board will meet in person.
